We are always developing new finishes with our Artisans. Check with us to see what our current standard and custom finishes are.
Is your lighting UL listed?
We use all UL-listed components. However, not all of our fixtures are officially UL-listed. (Any listed fixtures are designated so on the tear sheet). If your project requires UL certification, we can work with you to order a field evaluation for your specific installation. More information can be found here.
Do you accept returns?
Because of the hand-made nature of our products, we are not able to offer returns.

Where are your products made?
While we do all our final assembly in the U.S., the origin of each product varies. We work with master Artisans and small-batch specialty manufacturers from all over the world depending on who is best able to achieve our stringent design objectives.
How long is your lead time?
Each product is made-to-order, therefore our lead time varies depending on the availability of our Artisans. Typically this can be between 8-10 weeks, but we will provide an estimation on your quote. If needed, sometimes we can accommodate an expedited order. Please let us know your installation date when requesting a quote.
Will my order look exactly like your photographs?
Short answer: Not exactly. Long answer: Our products are hand made, made-to-order, and crafted using traditional techniques. This results in pieces that are imbued with just enough hand-touched imperfection to make each one subtly unique and purposefully one-of-a-kind.

Absolutely! We have many years of product development experience and we work with some of the top Artisans and specialty manufacturers in the world. Get in touch with some information about your project and we can discuss more.
